Chairman of University Grants Commission (UGC) M Jagadesh Kumar said that &nbsp;CUET the new common entrance test for central universities is designed in a way that no student is put at a disadvantage. He said, CUET has been designed in a way that it will also ensure that the level of stress that youngsters undergo is brought down.<br />''<br />''Talking Exclusively to AIR News, Mr Jagadesh Kumar said, in the current system many universities use 12th board marks and the score goes upto 99 per cent and 100 percent giving a lots of stress to the students. He said, the board marks also vary from state to state. The UGC Chairman said, the NTA will conduct the test and application process will begin tomorrow.
