<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister and senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad today criticised the Maharashtra Government&nbsp;and said, Uddhav Thackrey led&nbsp; government has lost its moral authority&nbsp;to govern.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Mr Prasad questioned the defence of Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the alleged extortion case by NCP Chief Sharad Pawar.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Prasad said it was the first time in the country's history that a former police commissioner levelled&nbsp;a charge against a Home Minister.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The BJP leader also alleged that the Maharashtra government is&nbsp;not handing over the probe of Mansukh Hiren murder case to the National investigating Agency despite requests as the Agency is entitled to it.</span>
