The Government of the UAE has sent a cable of condolences to the Government of Sudan over the death of schoolchildren in a sunken boat in the Nile river, north of the capital, Khartoum.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' The UAE expressed deepest condolences to the leadership and people of Sudan, as well as to the families of the victims. At least 21 primary school children reportedly drowned on Wednesday when a boat carrying more than 40 people sank while crossing the Nile in northern Sudan.&nbsp;<br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">State news agency SUNA said, Civil defence forces were searching the waters for the bodies of the missing children.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;It said, a female hospital employee also drowned. It said, the boat's engine failed in a high current while it was crossing the river to a school in Kabna, a small village in northern Sudan.&nbsp;</span>
