A survey has shown that U.S private sector job cuts narrowed in November for the eighth consecutive month. Payrolls Company ADP said 169000 jobs were lost last month which is 26000 fewer than in October. The figures come a day before President Barack Obama is to host a brainstorming meeting with business and union leaders on how to create jobs. He will hold the jobs forum at the White House on Thursday which will also be attended by economists. President Obama's administration says it has saved or created more than one million jobs across the US with its 787 billion dollar jobs stimulus package passed in February. According to the latest US Labour Department figures, the unemployment rate in the U.S rose to 10.2 per cent in October which was its highest rate since April 1983.
