The powerful typhoon that has hit the Philippines and Vietnam with deadly force is now battering Cambodia. At least nine people have died and dozens injured in Kampong Thom province in central Cambodia. The officials said a number of people died when their houses were destroyed in heavy storms. In Vietname, Typhoon Ketsana killed thirty people and in the Philippines, more than 246 were killed. A number of people have been displaced by the typhoon in both the countries.<br/>
