In Kerala, two women were killed when they were hit by a speeding train near Chowara Railway Station in Ernakulam district this morning. Police said, the women were walking beside the track when they were hit by the Kanyakumari bound Island Express from Bangaluru. Another woman escaped unhurt. The trio was on their way to Guruvayoor Temple, when mishap struck.
