Two top lawmakers of the United States say, Pakistan is engaged in terrorism and asserted that Washington needs to cut its military assistance to Islamabad. During a House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Terrorism, Non-proliferation and Trade hearing on Foreign Military Sales, Congressman Dana Rohrabacher said, US administration should make it more difficult for countries like Pakistan to get their hands on American weapons. <br/><br/>He said the administration should ensure that they are not going to be providing weapons to countries like Pakistan as these countries are engaged in terrorism.<br/>Congressman, Ted Poe, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Terrorism, Non-proliferation and Trade, asked the US administration whether Washington is doing anything different on arms sales to Pakistan to make sure that those weapons are not used against Americans directly or indirectly because Pakistan military is helping the Taliban in Afghanistan where US have its troops and those weapons could be used against the United States.
