Two trains collide in Mathura; 15 dead

In Uttar Pradesh, 15 passengers were killed and over 100 injured when two trains collided near Mathura. A railway official told that the accident occurred on Wednesday early morning. Our correspondent reports that the Delhi bound Goa Express hit stationary Mewad Express from behind damaging one of the bogies badly. The injured passengers have been rushed to different hospitals and nursing homes for treatment. <br/><br/>Senior officers of Mathura administration and railways have reached on the spot and rescue and relief operation is going on. Train traffic on this route of Agra division of Northern Central Railway is disrupted.<br/><br/>The Railways has opened helpline numbers for any inquiry regarding the accident.
