Two TDP MPs resigns on Telangana issue

Both the TDP MPs from Telangana region, including its leader in the Lok Sabha, on Thursday resigned from their seats in protest against the Centre's latest statement on Telangana issue. Besides Parliamentary party leader and Khamman MP Nama Nageswar Rao, party MP from Adilabad Ramesh Rathod quit his seat. Party sources said, Mr. Rao sent his resignation to party President N Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday afternoon. Mr. Rathod, meanwhile, told PTI that he had also sent his resignation to Mr. Naidu and Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar. <br/>
