Uttarakhand police has arrested two suspected smugglers with leopard skins at Kashipur area of Udhamsingh Nagar district. According to I.G. police of Kumaon Range R.S. Meena, two leopard skins were seized from the possession of the smugglers, residents of Pithoragarh district. They told the police that they were going to sell the leopard skins to a person in New Delhi.
