Two suicide bombings in Afghanistan' s eastern Laghman province have left four cilivians dead and 33 others injured. A statement from the Afghan Interior Ministry said the first blast took place this morning when a suicide bomber riding a bicycle blew himself up in front of the public health department in the provincial capital Mehterlam. Three people including a woman and a child were killed and 25 others injured in the blast. The statement said minutes later the second suicide bomber detonated his explosive belt killing one man and injuring eight others, all civilians. A Taliban spokesman claimed responsibility for the twin bombings
