In Bihar, two students were killed in police firing and dozens injured in stone pelting in Madhubani district today. The injured included a Deputy Superintendent of Police. The incident took place when tudents took out a procession making a demand that the dead body of a student be handed over to his family. The procession turned violent and agitated students put many vehicles on fire. Police resorted to Lathi charge, tear gas and firing to control the situation. The situation is reported to be under control and police officers are camping on the site.
