In Uttar Pradesh, two nominations have been found valid for Bahraich Local Authorities Constituencies bye election for state legislative council. Two out of Four papers were rejected in scrutiny of nominations.AIR Allahabad correspondent reports that ruling Samajwadi Party nominee Arun Veer Singh and independent Vipin Srivastava Balendra Pratap are left in fray. Friday is last date for withdrawal of papers. Polling will be held, if necessary, on July 27.The bye election is being held as Member of the Upper house of the State Legislature Ms. Madhuri Verma had resigned after being elected to the Legislative Assembly.
