The target is to train 200 women in tailoring and baking and provide them with market-relevant skills, enhance employability, provide toolkits and improve socio-economic status.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">Skill training in collaboration with Nagaland Police Family Welfare Association aims to empower women, through specialised skill training in garment production.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">With a focus on enhancing household capacity, autonomy, and employability, the initiative targets 32 police personnel's wives. By providing garment production training and establishing a sustainable nano-production unit, where the trained women will be gainfully engaged, the initiative aims to lower production costs, generate income, and enhance family income.&nbsp;</span></p>
