In Meghalaya, two more residents tested positive for COVID 19 taking the total number of active cases to 17. In a tweet, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma informed that the two person were returnees from Uttar Pradesh and both of them are under quarantine in West Garo Hills district. With the two new positive case, Meghalaya stands with a total of 30 cases with 17 active cases, 1 deceased and 12 recovered.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Earlier Health Minister AL Hek told reporters that so far 9,242 samples have been tested and 8651 are negative.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''He also said that if one prioritises from the health perspective, there should not be too much of relaxation, however one cannot deny the survival aspects of citizens and hence the relaxation.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">He said that people will have to live with COVID and if income and economy is not cared about, it will he difficult for all to survive.
