In Kashmir valley, two militants and police personnel were killed in a gun battle between militants and security forces in Qamarwari area in Srinagar city today. According to police sources, the militants on a motorcycle were planning a fidayeen attack when they were intercepted by the police. The area has been cordoned off and further details are awaited.
