In Kerala, two senior Maoist activists including a woman, were arrested by the police. Both were arrested from the Kerala-Karnataka border region in Waynad district yesterday. The arrested were identified as B. G. Krishnamurthy and Savithri.<br />'' <br />'' Krishnamurthy is the Western Ghats Zonal Committee Secretary and was leading the activities of the group in Kerala while Savithri had 17 UAPA cases registered against her. Both were produced before the District Principal Sessions Court at Thalassery today and were remanded till the 9th of next month. <br />''  <br />
