In Assam, two persons were killed and eight injured in two separate blasts last night. State Law and Order IGP L R Bishnoi said that anti-talk faction of banned outfit ULFA planted an IED bomb on a bicycle at Sivsagar town. Nine persons sustained injuries. One of them later succumbed to his injuries. Glass panes of nearby houses and business establishments were shattered due to the impact of the blast.In another incident, one person was killed at Umrangso area of Dima Hasao district late last night. Police suspected that the person who carried the bomb was killed in the blast
