In Afghanistan, militants launched a rocket in capital Kabul on Saturday evening injuring at least two people. The rocket landed near the only five-star hotel in the capital city, where many foreigners stay. Police officials say they are investigating the incident and the number of casualties. There have been a series of attacks on capital<br/>Kabul in past few months including attack on a UN guest house last month which killed five foreigners. Afghan President Mr. Hamid Karzai was sworn in for a second term on Thursday but it was followed by a series of violent incidents in which dozens of people were killed in past tow days. Meanwhile, Afghan and foreign troops killed 23 Taliban militants in separate operations yesterday in southern and eastern Afghanistan.<br/>
