The Delhi and the Bombay High Courts Monday dismissed two different Public Interest Litigations seeking stay on the release of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biopic. <br />''<br />''In the Delhi High Court, a bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice A J Bhambhani refused to entertain the Public Interest Litigation which had also sought a direction to the Election Commission of India to act against the alleged violation of the model code of conduct by the makers of the movie. <br />''<br />''The court refused to interfere with the matter and dismissed the plea saying the petitioner could approach the censor board or the Election Commission.<br />''<br />''The Bombay High Court also refused to interfere with the release of the biographical drama on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.<br />''<br />''A bench of Chief Justice Naresh Patil and Justice N M Jamdar noted that the Election Commission has already issued a notice to the makers of the film 'PM Narendra Modi' over allegations of breach of the model code of conduct in view of the Lok Sabha elections.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The court said that the Election Commission has already taken note of the issue and shall deal with it.</span><br />
