Suspected militants attacked a hydroelectric station in southern Russia on Wednesday, killing two guards and exploding bombs. In the pre-dawn strike, the attackers killed the guards at the Baksan hydro electrical power and carried out two blasts damaging two of three generators installed there. Two persons have been injured in the blasts. The police are still searching for a third bomb. The assailants fled and are being searched for.
