Two Filipino sailors have died and 16 others went missing after their cargo ship sank in waters near Vietnam. The Philippine Foreign department today said, the cargo vessel Bulk Jupiter went down on Friday off the coast of Vung Tau City, and so far, only one crewmember has been rescued alive. The reason of the mishap is still not clear.

Vietnamese authorities are leading the rescue operations.
