Delhi High Court Judge Justice Suresh Kumar Kait has been transferred to Hyderabad High court. Justice Rajiv Shakdher also of the Delhi High court has been shifted to Madras High Court. <br/><br/>Justice Kaushal Jayendra Thaker, Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court has transferred to Allahabad High Court.<br/><br/> Transfers have been effected by the President Pranab Mukherjee after consultation with Chief Justice of India. The judges have been asked to assume their charge on or before 15th of this month.
