The special session of Delhi assembly will begin today. The two day session has been called to deliberate on Centre's notification giving absolute powers to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung in appointment and transfer of bureaucrats and issues of police and public order. During the session, Aam Aadmi Party government is expected to push for full statehood for Delhi and may call for a referendum.
