<br/>In Kerala, unidentified persons set ablaze two CPI(M) offices in two localities in Kozhikode on Thursday. Police sources said, additional forces have been deployed to restore law and order in the politically sensitive areas. <br/><br/>The ruling CPI-M's Local Committee office at Thuneri near Nadapuram in Kozhikode district was partially damaged as the building was set on fire in the early hours on Thursday. Police said, Crude bombs were also hurled at the office. The fire damaged furniture and a few books kept inside the building.<br/><br/>In another incident, some furniture, books and a TV inside the reading room of the CPI(M)-run library building near Thrikaripur in Kasaragod district was damaged after it was set on fire by some unidentified persons. Police said, 50,000 rupees worth of property was destroyed. The CPIM-has called for a hartal in both localities on Thursday.<br/>
