<span style="color: #222222;">In Assam, former Congress leaders Santiuse Kujur and Gautam Roy today joined the BJP. Both the leaders were formally inducted in the party in presence of state BJP president Ranjeet Kumar Dass and Assam minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Our Correspondent reports that Mr. Roy held several important portfolios in the Tarun Gogoi led Congress government in Assam. Santiuse Kujur, a former Rajya Sabha MP, had resigned from the Congress party yesterday. Former Youth Congress leader Hiranya Bhuyan also joined the BJP along with them.</span><br />
