Two active workers of the ruling Congress have been kidnapped by unknown miscreants at Senapati in the poll bound Manipur. Joint state Chief Electoral Officer N. Praveen Singh told AIR News today that the District Election Officer of Senpati has reported the matter to state Chief Electoral Officer. Police sources said that the two Congress workers were kidnapped from a place somewhere between Senapati district headquarters and Karong on Monday last.
