Delhi Lieutenant Governor Tejendra Khanna has ordered suspension of two Assistant Commissioners of Police for dereliction of duty in connection with the recent gang- rape incident in Delhi.

Talking to reporters after reviewing the Law and Order situation erupting from the widespread protests, Mr. Khanna said that two DCPs have also been called for explanation by the Police Commissioner. He said that Special Commissioner of Police Sudhir Yadav will act as a nodal officer for looking into women related grievances.
