In Afghanistan, at least eight people have been killed in suicide bomb attacks in Kabul Friday morning. According to the Afghan Interior Ministry, heavily armed insurgents stormed the British Cultural Centre in Kabul and detonated a suicide car bomb. The attacks have taken place on the day when Afghanistan is celebrating its Independence Day. Latest reports say firing is still going on inside the building. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast.
