In Iraq, a total of 48 people were killed and 380 were wounded in the past three days in the blasts that targeted Shiite pilgrims.Voice of Iraq news agency quoting Baghdad Operations Command (BOC) has reported today that 248 of those injured left hospitals after receiving necessary treatment. Yesterday 28 people have been killed and 68 others wounded in a single suicide explosion in northern Baghdad.The forces also managed to defuse six bombs which targeted Shiites heading for Imam Moussa al-Kadhim shrine and forces also seized 32 Katyusha rockets set to target the Shiite visitors.Large number of Shiite worshippers shave gathered into the Iraqi capital for a religious ceremony amid heavy security.
