At least 21 people have been killed and 45 wounded in twin bombings near the Afghan Parliament in Kabul. <br/><br/>Most of the dead were civilians, including Parliament employees. The attack took place during rush hour, as staff were leaving the Parliament complex. <br/><br/>Ministry of Interior Affairs spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said that atleast one of the blasts was apparently caused by a car bomb. An injured Parliament security guard said that the first explosion happened outside the parliament, wounding a number of workers.
