In Manipur, twelve cadres of KCP- PWG (Peoples' War Group) and one cadre of KYKL today laid down their arms and ammunition before Chief Minister N. Mr. Biren also said that the Army and Para Military Force have been playing a great role in restoring the law and order situation in Manipur for the past many years.<br />
