Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu is arriving in New Delhi tonight on a three day visit. This is his first official visit to India. <br/><br/>External Affairs Minister Swaraj will hold talks with Mr. Cavusoglu tomorrow to further strengthen ties between the two countries.<br/><br/>The entire gamut of bilateral relations as well as multilateral and regional issues are likely to be discussed during the talks. The visiting dignitary is also scheduled to call on Vice President. <br/><br/>On Saturday, Mr. Cavusoglu will visit Hyderabad to officially open the Turkish Consulate building.<br/><br/>India and Turkey enjoy deep-rooted ties and bilateral relations have been sustained and strengthened through regular high-level exchanges. Bilateral trade touched 6.3 billion dollars last year.
