Turkish and Syrian troops engage in deadly flare-up

<span style="color: #222222;">Turkish and Syrian troops traded deadly fire in Syria's northwest region today. An airstrike also killed nine civilians in the same area. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the overnight exchange began with regime shelling on Turkish positions in Idlib.
