<span style="color: #222222;">Turkish Foreign Ministry on Friday slammed Israel's decision to build over 2,000 additional houses in the disputed West Bank territory.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a statement, the ministry said, Turkey strongly condemns the approval by Israel to build additional housing units on the site which is under Israeli occupation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">On Wednesday, the Israeli Defense Ministry approved plans to build housing units in the West Bank, with most of them set to be constructed east of the West Bank security fence.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The European Union has also slammed the plans as illegal under international law and something that undermines the two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.</span><br />''  <br />
