<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:16.9pt;background:white"><span style="color: #222222; font-family: times new roman, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Turkey has issued a decree todaytransferring some powers to the President.  The decree, issued in thecountry's Official Gazette, brought about changes in laws dating from 1924 to2017 changing references to the Prime Minister and Cabinet of Ministers to thePresident and the President's office. The decree was issued in line with thecountry's move to an executive Presidential system brought about by lastmonth's Presidential and Parliamentary elections.</span></p><br />
