Three soldiers succumbed and five others wounded as a bomb detonated in southeast Turkey by Kurdish militants near the border with Iran. The blast occurred in the Yuksekova district of Hakkari province. <br/><br/>It said a large number of armoured vehicles were sent to the area to capture the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants who apparently carried out the attack.
