In China, at least 19 people were confirmed dead after a truck ran into a roadside crowd on Thursday night in Luanxian county of Hebei province. Police said the accident happened when a truck ran into the rear of another vehicle and then rushed into a roadside crowd. Thirty two people were hospitalized, of them 19 have been killed.The driver and the owner of the truck have been brought under control by the local police, and cause of the accident is being investigated.
