Opposition Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) today disrupted the proceedings of Andhra Pradesh Assembly over Telangana and fee reimbursement Scheme on the second day of the budget session. Deputy Speaker N.Manohar adjourned the House twice for a brief period when the TRS and TDP members did not allow the listed business. The trouble started soon after the House met in the morning when Deputy Speaker disallowed four adjournment motions given notice of by TDP, CPI, CPM and BJP demanding the government to immediately release funds for the fee reimbursement Scheme. Students get tuition fee from professional colleges under this scheme. The Deputy Speaker rejected another adjournment motion by TRS demanding the government to move a resolution on Telangana immediately. Throwing Speaker's podium, raising slogans and displays placards, the TRS and TDP members created havoc in the House forcing the Deputy Speaker to adjourn the House twice. The impasse is still continuing.
