Meanwhile, Telugu Desam MLAs from Telangana region have announced that they would submit their resignation papers directly to Assembly Speaker on his return from abroad. The TDP leaders have also said that they would resort to legal recourse if their resignations were not accepted by the Speaker even second time. On the other hand, the Telangana Congress leaders are scheduled to meet party state affairs in charge Gulam Nabi Azad in Delhi in a short while. The Congress leaders had already announced that they would disclose their future course of action after the meeting with Azad.
