Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) is continuing its inspiring journey throughout the country. The Yatra was inaugurated by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15th of last month. During the last three weeks, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has been organised at a large number of villages and tribal areas across the country. The Yatra aims at informing and empowering citizens about the flagship schemes of the government, and is receiving huge public response. Along with the rest of the country, the VBSY is being organised in Tripura. AIR correspondent reports Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has so far been organised in over 90 Panchayats with 16 IEC Vans in force in the state. According to the officials, this is a major initiative to saturate the benefits of central government schemes to the public at the grassroots. For this purpose, the campaign adopted IEC activities through screening of visuals on welfare schemes from mobile Vans and on-the-spot service delivery camps in venues.&nbsp;<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Marginalized people left-out of any benefits of development schemes are thronging these camps to enrol afresh and are geting sanction letters of benefits under schemes like PM Ujjawala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Card, PM Jan Dhan Yojana, Jaal Jeevan Mission, among others.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''Many beneficiaries also participated in the VBSY camps to get engaged with the development process. Smt Bhavani Chakraborty, a beneficiary from Chandipur in Kailashahar in Unakoti district said she is happy that her children got a safe and secure pucca house under PM Awas Yojana.<br />''&nbsp;<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The VBSY programs witnessed engagement with local communities, spreading awareness and empowering individuals with knowledge about various welfare and development programs.</span><br />
