Tripura, Manipur and Meghalaya have got their own High Courts. Mr. Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre is the first Chief Justice of the new Manipur High Court and Justice T Meena Kumari has become the first Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court. Dr. D Y Patil took over as the new Tripura High Court's Chief Justice. They were all sworn in today.
