<span style="color: #222222;">In Tripura, the State Government has decided to provide employment, self-employment, wage employment and skill up- gradation opportunities to persons who have returned to the state from other states through Central and State Government Schemes.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">State Law Minister and Government Spokesman Ratan Lal Nath in a press conference informed that so far 15,865 Migrant workers have returned to Tripura from other parts of the country.&nbsp; The Minister said, the State Cabinet approved Package of Schemes for Productive Employment to the migrant worker returnees from other states following COVID-19 situation.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">To accommodate the returnees, the Cabinet also decided to increase the budget allocation to the Schemes such as Pradhan Mantri Employment Generation Programme; Swavalamban; Micro Food Processing Enterprises; National Urban Livelihood Mission; Tripura Rural Livelihood Mission andMGNREGA. Help desks at the State, District and Block Levels would open soon and register the skill details of returned persons, informed Mr. Nath.</span><br />'' &nbsp;<br />
