He said, the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has initiated this unique programme to provide opportunities to the marginalised people to take advantage of taking benefits of centrally sponsored schemes.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"> </p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">For this purpose, the Chief Minister said, the Prime Minister has sent Modi's guarantees vehicles to render service to all Gram Panchayats across the country.
