Minority Affairs Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said the issue of Triple Talaq should not be related to religion. In an exclusive interview to All India Radio, Mr Naqvi said, the government is considering all stakeholders to end the system of triple talaq. <br/><br/>He said, government has also invited people to discuss and debate the issue. The Minister said, Centre will consider opinion of people especially women on the issue. He said, country's constitution guarantees equal rights to every citizen and the practice of triple talaq is unconstitutional.<br/><br/>On the issue of uniform civil code, Mr Naqvi said, it is a sensitive issue and there may be a need for national debate on it.<br/><br/>The full interview can be heard in our countrywide programme at 9:30 pm on FM Gold channel.
