Ministry of External Affairs has issued an advisory for Indian nationals travelling to Bali in Indonesia to keep abreast with the latest situation through their airlines and tour operators before finalizing their plans. <br/><br/>The travel advisory has been issued after Indonesian Authorities have placed the alert level on Mount Agung which is the Biggest mountain in Bali at level -4 with continued volcanic and seismic activity in and around the mountain. <br/><br/>In its advisory, the Consulate General of India in Bali said that non-essential travel should be deferred till the alert level is lowered. It said, for those already in Bali, it would be safer for them to avoid travelling to north and east Bali and suggested to keep in touch with their hotel and tour operators. <br/><br/>It has has also advised to contact Consulate General of India, Bali at +62 8113976388 or +62 8113867270 or tweet @cgibali in case of emergency and distress.
