In Jammu and Kashmir, over 400 tourists and locals, trapped due to a landslide at Chang La Pass in Leh district, were rescued today. Official sources said, over 100 vehicles got stranded at Durbuk near Chang La Pass yesterday due to a landslide. The civil administration, police and army had launched a joint rescue operation and created an alternate road for evacuating the trapped passengers.
