Amid a tight security cover the train service in Kashmir valley were resoted today. The service remains suspended for nearly five months due to attacks on different railway stations and track by the angry protestors during recent unrest in valley. However the top railway official told AIR that in phase first rail will run between Qazigund and Budgam sectors only and, in second phase the rail service between budgam and Baramulla will be restored very soon. He said the repair work along Budgam-Baramullaha track is also in progress.
