The Chief PRO of the North East Frontier Railway Mr. S.Hajong told AIR Correspondent that all up and down trains to Upper Assam was normalized since Tuesday night. About 300 metres of the track was damaged following fire in 12 tanks in a diesel carrying train and derailment of 10 diesel-loaded tanks. The train was proceeding to Uttar Pradesh from Numaligarh Refinery when it catches fire on Monday night. Security agencies are investigating to ascertain the cause of the accident and find clues whether it was sabotage by any militant group. <br/>
