In Uttar Pradesh, at least three passengers were killed and more than a dozen injured, some of them seriously, in a train accident this morning near Tundla Railway Station in Agra district under Northern-Central Railway Zone. DRM, Agra S.C. Agarwal however claimed that only ten passengers have received injuries and they have been admitted in various hospitals in Tundla. But as per eye-witness account, more than one dozen passengers are injured in the accident. DRMsaid the Railway Guard and Drivers of both the trains are safe. Track repair work is going on to normalize the traffic on the route. Our Lucknow Correspondent reports that the accident occured when Kalindi Express dashed the stationary Shramshakti Express at outer signal of the Railway station. The North Central Railway sources told AIR that two bogies of Shram Shakti express were damaged and about a dozen passengers’ who were trapped have beenrescued from damaged bogies."Relief operation is on and a Medical van of the railways has reached the accident site. Train accident kills three persons in UP
